Footage Ownership

All footage captured using a Film Your Day kit remains the property of the customer.

Film Your Day does not claim ownership of your footage and will only access footage as required to provide editing and delivery services.

By booking with us you consent to use of your footage for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Third-Party Individuals

Customers are responsible for ensuring attendees at their event are aware that filming is taking place.

Film Your Day is not responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing in footage captured by customers.

Footage Storage

Footage and edited films are temporarily stored for editing and delivery purposes.

Delivered files will remain available for download for 30 days following delivery. After this period, footage and edited content may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up all files upon receipt.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality and user experience.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers including Shopify and WeTransfer to process bookings, payments, and file delivery.
